  • Illuminated signs

    In our DT learning this term, we made illuminated signs. We used some cool new equipment called crumbles to help us do this, we used a combination of coding and our knowledge of simple electrical circuits to make our boxes light up. We all really enjoyed taking part in this, and it was great fun using new equipment!

  • Gressenhall

    Cheetahs took part in a Victorian day at Gressenhall last week. In our history we have been learning all about the life of children in Victorian Britain. We got into character by dressing up for the day as well as taking part in lots of fun activities such as working on the farm, helping around a Victorian home, taking part in a lesson in the school room and visiting the workhouse.  We all had a great day!

    We had great fun in our DT lesson this afternoon. We started our new unit on electrical systems and simple programming where we got to use a new piece of equipment called crumbles! We created codes to make the LED light work, and we could choose a sequence of colours for it to flash through which was very exciting!
